Scriblio is a story development platform that helps writers organize, develop, and manage their creative writing projects. The Service includes tools for character development, world building, story plotting, and other writing-related features.
To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google or with your email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Scriblio uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide writing assistance features including workshop conversations, manuscript analysis, and editorial suggestions. By using these features, you acknowledge that portions of your content may be processed by third-party AI services. AI features consume credits from your account balance. Scriblio's AI is designed to assist — not replace — your creative process. All AI-generated suggestions are recommendations that you choose whether to accept.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store on Scriblio, including but not limited to stories, characters, notes, and other creative works. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Scriblio offers a free tier that includes 12 AI feature calls per month at no charge — no credit card required. Additional AI usage requires a paid subscription at $5/month.
Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription fee is applied as AI credit to your account and renews monthly. Unused credit carries forward — it is never forfeited. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at scriblio@scriblio.co within 30 days and we will review your case.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriblio and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
