Every AI button in Scriblio shows the price before you click it — a small pill with the exact cost, e.g. $0.04 for a prose polish, $0.08 for a portrait. We charge 4× the raw API cost — enough margin to keep the lights on, transparent enough that you can decide per-action whether it's worth it.
On the Writer plan, the first $5 of usage each month is included. After that you can borrow up to another $5 before a top-up charge fires — so you won't get stopped halfway through a polish session. Unused credit rolls over up to $15.
